A bombshell story in Buzzfeed has exposed the criminal, rapey past of one of the House's Democratic leaders...and more than one woman has been his victim.

In the Terminator franchise, John Connor is a Christ figure, a paradoxically-conceived child of time who saves the human race from its own machinery. That’s pretty good.

In the U.S. House of Representatives, John Conyers is a Democratic party leader who has been a massive impeach-Trump hellhound and crocodile-tear advocate of women’s rights.

But according to a bombshell report in Buzzfeed, Conyers also trafficked sex slaves into Washington D.C. and has sexually harassed more than one woman, even firing a staffer who refused to have sex with him 2 years ago, then bribing her to keep quiet.

That’s pretty bad.

Buzzfeed reported on Monday that Conyers fired a woman in 2015 because she refused his sexual advances. Conyers has denied, then admitted that he paid her almost $30,000 not to talk.

More on a 2nd accuser from The Hill:

Another woman alleged Rep. John Conyers Jr. (D-Mich.) sexually harassed her, BuzzFeed News reported Tuesday.

A former scheduler for the congressman alleged that in 2016 he rubbed her shoulders, kissed her forehead and attempted to hold her hand. The woman attempted to file a sealed lawsuit against Conyers in February, but abandoned it the next month, according to BuzzFeed.

A Conyers spokesman told the news outlet that the former staffer “voluntarily decided to drop her case.”

BuzzFeed reported Monday that several others accused Conyers of sexual harassment, and that Conyers settled a wrongful dismissal complaint in 2015 with a former employee who alleged he fired her because she would not “succumb to [his] sexual advances.”

Other staffers alleged that he made requests for sexual favors, inappropriately touched staffers and used congressional resources to transport women that they believed he was having affairs with at the time.

Conyers on Tuesday issued a statement “vehemently” denying the initial harassment allegations, but acknowledged the existence of the settlement.

The House Ethics Committee said Tuesday it has begun an investigation into the allegations.

Conyers, the longest-serving member of the House, said he will “fully cooperate” with the investigation.

Conyers also used tax dollars to fly women into D.C. for “sex romps,” according to Buzzfeed:

One affidavit from a former female employee states that she was tasked with flying in women for the congressman. “One of my duties while working for Rep. Conyers was to keep a list of women that I assumed he was having affairs with and call them at his request and, if necessary, have them flown in using Congressional resources,” said her affidavit. (A second staffer alleged in an interview that Conyers used taxpayer resources to fly women to him.)

We are not legally allowed to use the words “sex trafficking” to describe Conyers’ crimes on WLT until such a formal accusation has been made, but let’s assume not all of these women were doing it for free. After all, just look at the guy.
